These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between MessGo ("we", "us", "our") and any client who uses our cleaning services or visits our website ("you", "your"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our site, you agree to these terms.
MessGo provides residential, commercial, and move-in / move-out cleaning services across the GTA. The scope of each clean is based on the service type, package level, and add-ons selected at the time of booking or as confirmed in your quote. We reserve the right to adjust or refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or significantly different from what was described to us.
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, including home or business size, condition, frequency, and selected add-ons. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or requirements differ from what was described. Any price changes will be communicated before work begins whenever possible.
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from MessGo. You are responsible for providing accurate access instructions, parking details, and any building entry codes. If our team cannot access the property or is delayed due to incorrect information, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide reasonable notice. Late cancellations, last-minute changes, or no-access visits may be subject to a fee to cover our team’s time and scheduling impact. Specific cancellation timeframes and fees may be outlined in your quote or confirmation message.
Payment is due as outlined in your quote or invoice, typically on or before the day of service. We may accept various payment methods such as e-transfer, card, or other options listed in our communications. Late or failed payments may result in additional charges or suspension of future bookings until the balance is cleared.
To help our team work efficiently and safely, you agree to:
• Provide honest and accurate information about your space and cleaning needs
• Secure pets where necessary and let us know about any special considerations
• Remove fragile or valuable items that you do not want our team to handle
• Inform us in advance of any hazards, sensitive surfaces, or special products required
We aim to provide a high quality clean every time. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within a reasonable time frame after the appointment with details and, if possible, photos. At our discretion, we may offer a re-clean of the specific area or another reasonable resolution. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
Our team takes care when working in your space. If accidental damage occurs, you agree to notify us as soon as possible with details and photos. MessGo is not responsible for normal wear, pre-existing damage, instability of items, or issues caused by improper installation or maintenance. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the cost of the service provided or repair or replacement of the specific item, at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or access data you are not authorized to view. Content on the site, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by MessGo or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
MessGo may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
