A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean but adds extra time and attention to buildup areas and detailed spots like baseboards, cabinet exteriors, window frames, tubs, showers, door trims and edges. It’s ideal if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while or before starting recurring service.
No. MessGo cleaners arrive with their own professional grade cleaning products, tools and equipment.
If you prefer that we use a specific product, for example for sensitive surfaces or allergies,
let us know when requesting your quote and we will do our best to accommodate.
You are welcome to be home, but it is not required. Many clients provide a door code, key or
concierge access so we can clean while they are at work or out for the day. Access details are
kept secure and only used for your scheduled appointments.
Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly recurring cleanings, and recurring clients receive exclusive discounted rates. Let us know your preferred frequency during your quote.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance. Short-notice changes may be subject to a fee to cover the cleaner’s reserved time.
